A Programme for Established People Managers

When it comes to managing people, a coaching approach has been identified as critical for creating a more empowered and innovative working culture, leading to stronger, more enterprising and resilient organisations. This six-day leadership development programme is designed to support middle and more senior managers of third sector organisations to develop a coaching approach to maximise talent and build robust, healthy working relationships.

During the six-day programme delegates will learn how to use a coaching approach in all aspects of their leadership role. Skills development will include delegation, developing and growing people, team meetings, difficult or crucial conversations, and working more collaboratively with stakeholders and partners. The programme also covers personal resilience and self-care.
