If you want to make sure your that your social enterprise can recover costs and pitch services and/or product prices at the right level, it is essential to know exactly what your services actually cost. Learning how to set your prices properly not only makes sure that you’re covering everything you’ve spent, but helps you predict your future finances, and perhaps make a decent profit too. 

In this Just Enterprise  workshop you’ll learn how to accurately cost your services or products on a full cost recovery basis. Building on this method, the workshop will then demonstrate how to set appropriate prices, and you’ll be introduced to a variety of techniques which you can use in your organisation’s own product pricing.
