Introduction to E-Commerce

E-Commerce is often touted as an easy solution and the future of business. While it is true that more and more firms are offering their products online, the perceived financial and reputation risks can be off putting, particularly in the third sector.

In this introductory level course we will consider the risks and benefits to E-Commerce, how it might suit your organisation, and align with your purpose. By the end of the session you should have an greater understanding of whether or not e-commerce is right for your organisation. This course will be delivered ONLINE via Zoom.

For you if: 

• You are new to selling online
• You would like to understand the benefits and risks with online trading
• You work or volunteer with a charity or social enterprise
