DESCRIPTION:This fully funded programme is specifically designed for individuals who want to drive their social enterprise from start up to the next stage. During the programme delegates will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and learn how they can develop their leadership skills effectively.      The programme also provides an invaluable opportunity for peer learning with other social entrepreneurs within the group. Additionally\, invited guests will share advice and expertise\, providing an opportunity for the individual social entrepreneurs to explore common challenges and effective ways to address those challenges.    For you if:     	you are a founder or leader of a social enterprise   	you are thinking of starting a social enterprise   	you have recently started a social enterprise   	you work for a charity which is looking to develop a trading initiative    Delivery:    This Programme will be delivered online. It will consist of an initial 1/2 day introduction session followed by 5 x 2-day modules. Participants must be able to commit to attending all dates.    Dates:    The programme commencing November 2021 is now fully subscribed.
