Grounded in recent research into third sector leadership, Just Enterprise’s ten day programme supports CEOs to tackle current challenges and explore the key leadership skills that the sector and organisations need to develop to ensure sustained success.

Delivered over five months, our CEOs programme offers an invaluable opportunity for third sector and social enterprise leaders to share experience and learn from each other in ways which will support sustainable growth for their own organisations and the wider sector. The sessions will focus on how CEOs can develop leadership skills to become more innovative, enterprising and less reliant on grant funding. Topics covered include sustainable growth, managing change, succession planning and positive collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.

Delivery:

This programme will be delivered online via a half day introductory session followed by 5 x 2-day modules. Participants must be able to commit to attending all dates.
