1-2-1 Leadership Coaching Sessions

These sessions offer you the opportunity to work on a 1-2-1 basis in a confidential space with an experienced coach and leader to consider the support you or your organisation needs and to explore ideas, options and solutions to help you move forward.

Who is it for?

Any third sector manager or leader who feels they would benefit from coaching support to gain greater clarity, focus and insight into how they can lead and manage during this challenging time.

Flexible – session dates/times to be agreed between you and your coach

Programme Structure

Two x 60 minute sessions with your coach. During the first session, your coach will work with you to establish when you would like the second one.
